- Due to the exclusive designs created specially for you, we DO NOT offer refunds but offer only exchanges.
- While our team follows a very high standard in packaging and deliveries, to ensure correct orders reaches you, however in case of any unexpected or unfortunate case of an incorrect delivery or you find a fault kindly find below our Exchange policy:
- Exchanges will only be accepted if the team has delivered any damaged item or an incorrect item (not matching with your order). In this case, all expenses of return pick-up and delivery will be borne by us.
- We DO NOT offer size exchanges as our size guide is posted with all details for your kind reference, for you to be sure of the measurements prior to your purchase.
- Exchanges will only be processed if the garment has returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with the original tags attached.
- In case you do have an Exchange request, kindly ensure to inform our team immediately by email detailing the genuine reason for exchange and as per the guideline in point no. 5 below. NOTE: AS A POLICY, EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED ONCE WE RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITHIN 3 DAYS (72 HOURS) OF YOU RECEIVING YOUR ORDER DELIVERY. IF AN EXCHANGE EMAIL REQUEST IS RECEIVED AFTER 72 HOURS OF YOUR RECEIPT OF ORDER YOUR REQUEST, WE REGRET THAT THE REQUEST WILL NOT ACCEPTED.
- The exchange email request should clearly state the reason of exchange request and a picture of the damage/fault. After receiving the email request, our team will arrange a pick up and a confirmation will be sent to you. The item will be checked and then an exchange will be processed.
- If in any case the item you purchased and requested for an exchange goes out of stock, we will refund the full amount back to your credit card or through bank transfer within 20 working days to your Credit Card or Bank account in 20 working days.
